Hi guys!
It's my first post here so HELLO to all of you!

Now I got a question...Which is the fastest download manager you know of?

It does not matter whether it is shareware or freeware. All that matters is speed. Kindly give the features for comparable study. Thanks.

Hi CJ and welcome to GT

Back in the old days I used GetRight and it was pretty good.
Today I have a fast ADSL line so I only use GetRight for very large files (> 1 giga) that I wanna download in multiple times.

You can download a trial version here

Hope it helps

Well nothing can be declared as the best or the worst either "Download Accelerator Premium"(licenseware), Download accelerator plus 8.1 (free), internet download manager (trialware), etc. those are populer.

Download speed is mainly specified by your ISP those softwares can marely maximise or optimize the downloading speed not increasing beyond limits
Those works in optimizing downloading speed by picking up the most available quick, free, less-traffic jamed linkes from appropriate servers, breaking up the downloadable file into small packages and allocating those to the quickest available links smartly from one to other simultaneously while downloading and adding all those broken packages together at the end.
those work both with IE and Mozilla Firefox.
